We utilize technology tools alongside well-established psychological techniques to assist in the recollection of individuals you encounter. Rememorate is a visual contact management and personal CRM application designed to facilitate the easy retrieval and identification of individuals you have added, even if their names have slipped from memory. The crux of our approach lies in association, known in psychological terminology as the encoding specificity model.

What is the procedure?

The initial step toward recalling someone with Rememorate involves capturing a photo. This photo serves as a visual prompt to aid in recollection -- it may depict the individual, a selfie with you and the person, or an image evoking memories related to the individual, place, or time.

If a photo of a business card is taken, our system automatically scans all text, organizes it into relevant fields, and renders everything searchable. Moreover, it cross-references social media platforms; if a public profile exists, it will automatically populate information from LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or Facebook. Profile pictures can also be found, providing you with the choice to swap out the original photo.

In essence, transitioning from a business card photo to a LinkedIn connection can be accomplished within seconds.

Subsequently, additional contact information such as name, phone number, email address, notes, mnemonic devices, personal anecdotes, or any other pertinent details can be added to the entry.

When you wish to rediscover a contact, using Rememorate enables searches by photo, map location, meeting date/time, keywords, or any combination thereof!
